Nestled amidst the serene winter landscapes of Hecla Island, this luxury ice fishing shack redefines the traditional fishing experience. Designed for those who appreciate both adventure and comfort, the shack is equipped with a wood burning stove (firewood available for purchase at the Gull Harbour store) and a private toilet space to make your warm and comfortable while catching fish through the ice this winter. The spacious cabin features wood paneling, four bunks to rest in or use as comfortable seating creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. An outdoor fire pit makes fishing indoors or outdoors comfortable and fun. Whether you’re catching fish or simply relaxing by a crackling fire, this luxury ice fishing shack offers an extraordinary way to enjoy the great outdoors in absolute comfort.

Each Ice Cave Luxury House has 5 indoor ice fishing holes.

We advocate a pack in and Pack out ecological practice. Even though the Ice Cave Luxury House is has a wood burning stove (firewood for purchase), we recommend you dress for the cold outdoor winter activity. This includes wearing lots of layers, warm footwear, mitts (not gloves), toque and scarf, and some guests may enjoy ski goggles

Please note a $100 cleaning fee will be added to the cost of the rental if the shack is left dirty after use.
