We’re committed to making your stay at Gull Harbour seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free. Please review the following policies prior to your arrival.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Available upon request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
💳 Reservations & Deposits
A credit card is required to book a room and a deposit equivalent to one night stay plus tax is required and will be applied if cancellation within 15 days of booking date or guest does not arrive for booking.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged.
❌ Cancellation Policy – Accommodations
15+ days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit
Within 15 days of arrival: Deposit is non-refundable
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
🎣 Cancellation Policy – Activities & Rentals
(Examples: SnoBear tours, boat rentals, guided experiences)
48+ hours prior: Full refund
Within 48 hours: Non-refundable
Weather or safety cancellations: Full refund or option to reschedule
👨👩👧👦 Group Bookings & Events
(Group stays, weddings, corporate retreats)
A custom deposit and cancellation policy will apply based on the event agreement.
Final guest counts and payment timelines will be outlined in your contract.
🐾 Pet Policy
Pets may be permitted in select accommodations with prior approval only
$20/pet/day Additional cleaning fees apply
Guests are responsible for any damages or disturbances
🚭 Smoking Policy
All rooms and indoor facilities are non-smoking
A cleaning fee will be charged for violations

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, property, or equipment during their stay. Charges will be applied as necessary.
